Hello and welcome to east-kent-rheumatology.co.uk.  My name is Dr Denise De Lord and I am a Consultant Rheumatologist based at the QEQM Hospital Margate, Kent UK.  I am setting up this website as a source of information and advice for my NHS and private patients and for interested healthcare professionals working in the East Kent region.

While the information and guidelines contained within these pages will be directly relevant to my NHS and private  practice patients, I hope that anybody coming across these pages while searching for information on the management and treatment of rheumatological conditions will also find them useful.

As my site is still very much in it’s infancy, there will be changes occuring on a daily basis so please check back regularly.  If you have any suggestions as to what you would like me to include I look forward to your comments.
